Mobile: phone/tablet app over BLE/Wi-Fi on the floor. Web panel: browser for office/maintenance and multi-device summaries. They are channels by user—not rivals.

Mobile-only and managers cannot see the line. Panel-only and operators feel stuck at the machine. Separate teams building each face break the protocol. Mobile app vs web panel is really a protocol discussion.
